The property is located in the heart of the city, close to the famous Gateway Mall. We really enjoyed the vibes. However, the reception did not assist with taking our luggage to the room, as they mentioned they had no staff available for that. They are very thoughtful about children and even have a small area where kids can paint. The only drawback is that the rooms are quite small for two adults and a child, but I guess that’s something we can’t really do anything about.
