One of the worst hotel I’ve ever visit. I was supposed to stay here for two nights. But after what I’m going through here, I’m glad I decided just to stay one night. Book the hotel through online travel agent and I already paid it with my credit card. Somehow the hotel said they didn’t received the payment. At first I was fine with them checking it back and forth because this kind of thing happen sometime. But one of the receptionist was being rude about it. It seems like he doesn’t trust that I can paid the hotel. He keeps assuming that I got problem with my credit card. In the end, the other receptionist let me go to my room and she told me she will handle it and inform me once it was done. The room was old and sad. The bed was awful, shower didn’t work well, fridge was dirty, closet door was broken and so on. I totally understand that it is an old and cheap hotel. What concerns me was how dirty the beds were. I can feel and see some dust on top of it. Spent almost an hour just to clean it, because I have a baby staying with me. And also, when I woke up in the morning my body got this red itchy swollen spots in some part of my body. My guess, I got bit by bed bugs. The next morning, when my family and I had breakfast, the greeter was not there. Had to wait around 5-10 mins to check in by the greeter and get seated at the restaurant. The restaurant was so small and crowded, because they put the seats so close to wach other. You can’t feel the AC. It felt hot, cramped and too loud. When we got in by around 8 AM, most of the foods are already run out. Had to wait about 30 mins for them to refill it, just to missed the food again CAUSE THEY JUST FILL IT ABOUT 5-10 PORTIONS OF FOOD WHILE THERE ARE ALREADY 15-20 PEOPLE WHO WAIT FOR THAT FOOD TO BE REFILLED.
